If you prefer you may select Purchase Order from the Checkout. You will then receive an Invoice by email and details on how to make a Bank Transfer.

You may also send a cheque by mail.

Shipping

All purchases will be sent freight free Australia-wide.
Goods will usually be dispatched within 2 working days from receipt of order. If for any reason we are unable to supply your order within this time we will contact you by email.

Goods will be sent with Australia Post wherever practical.

International Customers please contact us for a freight quote before ordering.

Returns

easternsilk.com.au has a ‘no problems’ return policy. If you do not like the colour or the product we will be happy to exchange it or refund your account with the full amount * (minus the freight cost).

( *Does not apply to CUT FABRIC. Please ask for a sample swatch before ordering to ensure satisfaction)

Returns will be subject to the following Terms and Conditions
All goods ordered from our website may be returned within 14 days of delivery. If you wish to receive a refund then the original postage costs will be subtracted from the total and the balance will be refunded to your nominated account. If you have changed your mind about the colour then we will be happy to help, but you will be responsible for the freight costs for the return to us and for us re-freighting to you. If you wish to exchange the item (s) for a more or less expensive item then you will be charged or refunded accordingly.

We are able to offer a refund or exchange for any goods deemed to be damaged or defective.

If the goods are determined by us to be faulty or not as ordered easternsilk.com.au will refund the cost of postage for returning the goods. easternsilk.com.au has sole discretion in determining whether goods are faulty and if goods have been returned in original condition.

We will not accept goods returned COD.

In Australia please use Australia Post Express Post Satchels or general Parcel Post. Customers unsure of freight method to use should check with sales@easternsilk.com.au for freight/postage advice. easternsilk.com.au will not be responsible for returns which are late, lost or misdirected.

All items should be returned in the original packaging, unworn/un used and with your receipt enclosed.
